Day 3 TREES Erasmus course

Still under the topic Life on Land, the day started with an activity of matching concepts and definitions wicha was followed by a review of the sequence of activities carried out from yesterday regarding their applicability in our classes.

Then, to start the topic The Water, we held a Quizizz on Climate Change which was followed by an online survey, on sites provided by the trainer, with the aim of creating a mini-activity on climate change. I used some resources available on Earthday.com to create a Quizizz that was practiced by all trainees.

Another activity developed was, from the visualization of a video about water pollution, to elaborate five questions. The objective was to do a speed dating at the end, so that we could see how a relatively simple activity is so conducive to the development of our students' learning.

In order to exemplify a form of interdisciplinary articulation, we carried out the Turtle Maths activity and proved the possibility of articulation between the environment and Mathematics.

Finally, and after viewing the video Womble, the green sea turtle, we prepared, as a group, its dramatization.

Sarah is always concerned with synthesizing the digital tools that could be useful to us in carrying out our task of teaching.
